Second Tennis day. The morning matches were at the NorthGate Country Club.
In total Timothy had 3 matches today.

He won two Matches the first 6:0, 6:0 and the second 6:0, 6:1, and that got him through to the Final which was held at Renaneux Country Club later in the afternoon.
Whilst waiting for his Match I let Timothy take control of the Camera. Here are 4 of his photos.

Once on the court, here are some shots from his first Match of the day.Last time he played the boy he was to play in the Final, the game lasted 4 hours.

This Final was also a close game, and went to Tie break, but thankfully not such a long Match. Unfortunately Timothy was 3 points short of a win. Of course we were all dissappointed but agreed that it was a great Match.

Oh and Tinothy found the car he wants to buy when he is rich.

Another Houston Weekend. No new villages to discover, quaint pubs to eat at, or long strolls in the countryside. Timothys Tennis tornaments take up a lot of time and the weather has been sunny , like a warm English Spring day.
One makes the best of where one is at.

I started the weekend Friday evening, with a stroll down the back of the creek behind the house, as the sun sets.

Nothing like a good communal preen before settling down for the night.

Then there is of course the Power Lines contrasted against a beautiful sunset.

Saturday and its Tennis day sitting around watching the torment of a couple of kids fighting it out for two and a half hours. Close match but Timothy lost the first Match , won straight sets the next match which means an early Start for Tim and I Sunday am. The first Match was at Klein High School and the second at an beautiful country club at Northgate. Here are some photos from the day...

Between Matches at the Country Club Timothy hits a hole in one with his imaginery golf club and practices the art of levitation with a small yellow golf ball he named Bob.

Spot the ball competition.
Can you see the yellow ball in the air
It is really there

There were a couple of things that bothered me about this clock and it took a good few minutes to work it out.

The Time was wrong unless your in the UK in which case it was remarkably accurate, which was strangely interesting.

Also the number 7 looked like a back to front upside down number 2 which for anyone dyslexic is quite an achievement to have worked out.
Or maybe for anyone not dyslexic the time was accurate.
Who knows and who really cares but why put a big clock in the middle of a golf course.

Weekly update, the highlights so far.........:
In Houston the leaves on the trees become more apparent every day.
A a storm brews in the back ground.

Macie developed a decided limp something wrong with her front left leg.
Rest seemed to have healed it after a few days doing nothing.
No walks.
There was not anything I could find wrong.

Vacuum replacement part arrives:
I'm easily pleased, and yes I used it already
