A Family bereavement:
My Uncle Raymond Atkins:
July and I fly back to the UK after hearing that my Uncle Raymond passed over at the age of 68 from a heart attack.
I went back to help with arrangements for the Funeral and to grieve myself with the family.
I was not able to attend the funeral but I felt that I was there with everyone as I woke and spent quiet time during the time of the Funeral on TuesdayJuly 24th.
Storms end in the late afternoon as seen from Helen's Garden.
The Rainbow such a symbolic and beautiful thing.
Weeks of rain stopped for the Funeral of Ray also.

Ray skiing as a young man

Ray played in a Band as a young man, and loved Music. He could hear a song and play it on the piano without reading Music.
I even recall many times when at Nana Ruth's, him visiting and picking up the guitar or playing the Piano and people singing along.
Ray with some Celebrities one being singer Petula Clark.

Ray with more Cleebrities one being Harry Seacombe, singer, Actor and Comedian
He also wrote a few songs, one had been played on Breakfast TV, and one of his was played at his Funeral.
He Married Pauline.

I was their page boy and the little Bridesmaid, I seem to met up with every 15 years at Pauline and Ray's.
Pauline insisted she come over to see me this time again, when I was back in the UK in July. I think we have both changed, and it was great to see her again.

The pretty little girl left an impression on me and I found that I left one on her, but not he same.

She told me how clearly she remembered that I had made her cry when I grabbed the basket of flowers off her after the wedding. I think she had forgiven me now.
