Houston and the weekend arrives:

The few days of rain ended one evening towards the end of the week with a rainbow. The mornings then cold in the low 40's and the days in the 70's.






The weekend arrives.







Tim decided as it was cold in the mornings we should get up before sunrise and sit in the hot tub. This we did. It was dark when we got in the 98F degrees water.
















We got out once the sun rose as the golden glow lit the clouds.







Spring already showing with the winter Jasmine flowing as the banana plants behind still show the signs of cold frosty mornings.

Galveston visit from Tim's perspective:

December 30th, and a trip to Galveston with Tim to see the year out.

The beaches were empty and the weather sunny and temperatures in the 60-70's

Tim manages to fly the stunt kite in a light breeze as the sun sets.
