Monday not a usual comment day for me but strangely drawn back to a few things from yesterday.
Anyway got up 6.15am, made Jonathan breakfast. (not a big deal - toast in fact but a blanket statement like breakfast makes it sound all that more grand, especially after yesterdays feast).
Oh I did throw a frozen waffle in the toaster for Tim also and he still insists on drinking his morning Orange juice out of a wine glass....
Early morning E-mail received from Property Mgt company.
The house in Epsom is still up for rent.
Any takers? looks good in daylight also (just couldnt find those photos with as much ease)..
The potential tennants, the ones due to move in today, are now backing out. Cant afford it aparently. Well how about next time, fessing up to that a little earlier please.
Between making breakfast and trying to wake, I checking my E- mail for any other UK or European sources requiring my attention, I also did a lot of washing of hands this morning.
Managed to get Luke and Timothy onto the school bus just in time.
Hazel still suffering, but slowly on the mend now.
Yes I kept visiting the little room off the kitchen back and forth (hence hand washing excesses). Plunger still in place from last night, and avidly utilized at varying forces, speeds angles and still the damn thing remained blocked.
Upstairs loo was also blocked but managed to sort that out before the morning onslaught from the kids. Something just bugging me this morning.
I'm, thinking there is a link to, 2 blocked loos and some avid cleaning wipe usage by the kids yesterday.
The packet says flushable clearly marked in it, but maybe one at a time not all 30 from the packet of 35, all at the same time, maybe there should be a warning on the packet.
(Mental note: If I get time, write to the company warning them of their over sight on the instructions, maybe be they could also add 'don't eat', use as 'nasal wipes', or most useful would be 'don't leave the lid off lest and remaining few left in the packet dry up and become completely useless').
I finally and followed by much celebratory noises, and strange looks from Timothy, manged to unblock yesterdays 'U bend ' problem in the downstairs loo, and all before the kids left for school.
Can a day get better than that ! We I'm certainly hopng so. ...and now back to get some real work done.......
.......nope not yet......School just called Joanthan coming home, not feeling well and ears blocked. I guess doctors visit next on the books.

oh no! Start wearing one of those surgical masks lest you are infected too. It sounds absolutely full on round your place at the moment.
