Galveston: Visiting with Helen and Mick: Pre Jon's Graduation:

On arrival in Galveston we were all needing a coffee to start the day.

Found the roof Garden at the Tremont Hotel to be the ideal place.

A walk around town before lunch

Carnival Cruise Ship similar to the one that Helen came on with us was in port.

Oil Rigs under repair and renovation

Lunch.

After lunch we headed out for the beach.

Drove on the beach and took a long walk.

All sorts of things wash up on the beach.

The beaches are long and open so finding a private spot is always difficult.
